ATA Scientific provides a range of customer support services,
including:
- Pre-sales testing, ensuring EMC certification, installation
and operator training. These are conducted according to the manufacturer's
and ACA requirements.
- Routine maintenance according to customer and regulatory requirements.
- Instrument repairs and upgrades, both on site and in our workshops.
- Supply of spares, consumables and calibration standards. Many
of these items are available ex stock Sydney.
- Service contracts arranged according to requirements.
- Applications support and training of new operators.
