This revolution in mixer technology provides perfect mixing for
formulations and dispersions with simultaneous de-aeration.
It is extremely fast so that homogeneous mixtures of pastes resins
and powders can be produced in seconds or minutes. The technology
uses non-contact mixing so that there is no product
damage even for sensitive materials. Non contact means no propellers,
no blades, no rollers.

The THINKY ARE-250 creates smooth high quality formulations even
when the component materials are dense or highly viscous. Materials
are mixed and de-aerated in a few minutes, dramatically reducing
product preparation time. Precise ingredient quantities means no
waste and little or no solvent.
The ARE-250 combines rotational and orbital spinning to deliver
an acceleration of up to 400 G. It mixes at the primary particle
level and de-aerates microscopic air bubbles.This compact benchtop
unit is highly portable.
The materials can be processed in a range of disposable or customer
containers. This prevents contamination and no cleaning is
required.

Program
modes
Mixing programs can be entered through the control panel and recalled
from memory. The programs have mixing and de-aerating modes. For
example the mixing mode may rotate the container at 800rpm and revolve
the container (orbital spin) at 2,000rpm . After a given time it
automatically transits to de-aerating mode where the rotation of
the container will be decreased to 60rpm and the orbital spin increased
to 2200rpm. The programs can have up to 5 modes in one program cycle
Viscous and difficult materials
The ARE-250 mixes viscous materials such as ceramic powders, adhesives,
silicon, polyurethane and iron oxide. Materials that usually take
days can be processed in a few minutes.
